Your retainer has been received, your contract is signed, and your questionnaire is complete — which means we’re officially in it together.
From here, we begin shaping what’s ahead, guiding you through each step leading up to your wedding day and beyond.
BOOKING YOUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION
When you’re ready, we’ll begin planning your engagement session.
This is a relaxed, guided experience designed to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and connected to the process before your wedding day.
Most couples choose to schedule their session 2–6 months ahead of their wedding, often during golden hour on a weekday evening.
When the timing feels right, simply reach out and we’ll find a date that works best for you
ongoing support
Throughout your planning process, I’m here as a resource — whether you’re looking for trusted vendor referrals (hair & makeup, unique experiences like a charcuterie truck), or wanting to share Pinterest inspiration and creative ideas.
Everything you send is thoughtfully reviewed and organized on my end, so your vision stays aligned and nothing gets missed along the way.
one month out
As your wedding approaches, we’ll begin finalizing the key details that allow your day to flow seamlessly.
This includes:
• Reviewing and refining your timeline
• Confirming important moments and priorities
• Completing your family photo list (with names for each person)

Having this prepared in advance allows us to move efficiently and keep you present with your guests.
two weeks out
We’ll reconnect to confirm everything is aligned and in place.
This includes:
• Final timeline confirmation
• Reviewing any updates or changes
• Re--confirming locations, travel, and logistics
• Ensuring nothing feels outstanding or unclear
At this stage, everything should feel clear, calm, and ready.

Your full gallery will be carefully curated and delivered within 8 weeks — telling the complete story of your day with intention and care.

Your engagement session is a chance for us to connect, get comfortable in front of the camera, and create something that feels natural to you.
It’s relaxed, lightly guided, and focused on real moments — giving you space to just be together.

• One location (offered locally, weekday/nights)
